  • Price Analytics: enables pricing analysts to simulate and set price policies by customer micro-segment, publish them in real time, monitor their performance and tune according to changing market conditions
  • Pricing Models: a set of patent pending pricing models enabling enterprises to make efficient pricing decisions with consideration of all relevant factors
  • CRM add-on: seamlessly supplements the Deal Management module with state-of-the-art customer/prospect data management,  sales activities management and opportunities pipeline management features

Technology

OP is based on a full web (J2EE) architecture and a central database with support of Oracle, PostgreSql, SqlServer and mySql.

The architecture enables scalability in terms of number of users and data volumes. It supports multiple business units and provides instant visibility/control over deal pricing at the business unit/country level, the division/region level and at the global/head-offices level.

The application is proposed in Intranet or SaaS versions.

Other technology advantages include:

  • Generic design for easy application to different industries
  • Flexible configuration based on objects repository
  • Security and user access based on roles and privileges
  • Integration with Pentaho reporting and BI platform
  • Excel import/export for easy configuration and reporting

Integration

OP integrates with the enterprise information system through different scenarios depending on the implemented modules. Typically, OP imports on a daily basis transaction records from the billing system (BS) and customers hierarchies from the CRM. Advanced integration variants permit to:

  • Access transactions directly in the enterprise data warehouse through SQL views
  • Synchronize billing accounts data with the BS
  • Synchronize contracts and rates with the BS
  • Import cost data from an external costing engine
  • Integrate with a third party CRM through web services and SSO
